eXiles Laws

The eXiles Laws are regulated by the Ministry and Chief Justice.

Criminal Codes of The eXiles

Offenses Categories and their punishments along with its Definitions:

Note:

Failed Crimes: Crimes that are attempted, amounting to more than mere preparation, may be tried at one category lower than the crime.

Accomplice: A Sentient that knowingly helps or assists another to commit a crime will be charged equal to the crime committed by the perpetrator.

Expulsion: After sentence is complete the Sentient will be expelled from The eXiles or it's allies territories to a neutral planet (except for category 1 offenses).

Category 1 Offenses: Offenses are punishable by 2 months to 4 months imprisonment, Life in Prison or Death Penalty.

Premeditated Murder
A Sentient that premeditates to unlawfully kill another.

Treason
A Sentient that intentionally betrays the eXiles or it's allies by any means.

Category 2 Offenses: Offenses are punishable by 1 month to 2 months imprisonment, with or without hard labor and/or a 250 million credit fine.

Non-Premeditated Murder
A Sentient that unlawfully kills another without previous plans or conspiracy.

Kidnapping
A Sentient that abducts or otherwise unlawfully imprisons or transports another against their will.

Robbery
A Sentient that unlawfully takes another’s property through force or the threat of force.

Slavery
A Sentient that enslaves another Sentient being for the purpose of exploitation or otherwise forces a being into bonded labor.

Failure to adequately perform delegated duties
A Sentient that fails to follow directions, or fails to perform their duties, takes possesion or uses eXiles and/or nats owned assets without the proper approval from a CEO or anyone in the BoD.


Category 3 Offenses: Offenses are punishable by 1 week to 1 month imprisonment, with or without hard labor.

Aggravated Assault
A Sentient harming another with a deadly weapon or the intent of injuring another.

Blackmail/Extortion
A Sentient that threatens or makes demands of money or improper actions and uses threat as a means to do said offense by using either violence or financial means.

Breaking and Entering
A Sentient that enters a residence or other building without authorization.

Bribery
A Sentient improperly encourages through financial means or other consideration a eXiles employee to act in one’s favor shall be guilty of Bribery.

Conspiracy
A Sentient that conspires to attempt something unlawful.

Destruction of Property
A Sentient with malicious intent that leads to or attempts to destroy or damage property belonging to the eXiles and/or it's allies.

Fraud
A Sentient that engages in deception for the purpose of financial profit or any other gain.

Negligent Homicide
A Sentient that is responsible for another’s death because they negligently failed to take the appropriate action to prevent the death.

Obstruction of Justice
A Sentient that unlawfully interferes with any eXiles and/or it's allies investigation.

Perjury
A Sentient that knowingly makes false statements in any official eXiles Court or proceeding.

Grand Theft
A Sentient that unlawfully takes without force another’s property.

Category 4 Offenses: Offenses are punishable by a fine from 100,000 credits to 250 million credits .

Simple Assault
A Sentient harming another with a non-lethal weapon or strikes another with the intent of causing harm.

Forgery or False Statement
A Sentient that commits forgery of any document or conversation or makes a false statement in a statement or report to any lawful authority of the eXiles.

Possession of Stolen Property
A Sentient that knowingly possesses property stolen from the eXiles or its allies, or non-enemy Sentients that have ties to the eXiles shall be guilty of Possession of Stolen Property.
