Generally in order to manage power distribution of Power Generators, you must go to the physical PG Control Room itself. This means that in order to combine the power of multiple PGs or to manage the power of entire planets you must spend hours and in some cases days going from PG to PG. However, via access to a Computer Control Centre you may manage the power of the entire planet from one screen. The following tutorial will explain how to do so.
1. Enter the Computer Control Centre on the planet for which you wish to manage power.
2. Enter the Control Room.
3. Click "Building Management" in the Control panel.

4. Choose "Actions".

5. Choose "Manage Power".

6. Under the "Name" column it will list the name of every faction owned city on the planet. Choose "Manage Power Distribution" for the city of which you would like to manage power.

7. Under the "Power Generator" column it will list the name of every PG in the city which you had previously selected. Choose "Manage Power Distribution" for the PG you would like to manage.

8. You will now see every facility in your city of choice. From this screen you will be able to manage the power distribution of the Power Generator, as if you were in the Control Room of the PG itself.

Note: Clicking "Back" will take you back one level of management.
